In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we apologise as shipping may take longer than usual. Any orders placed past April 1st will be facing delays. The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 20-40 business days for delivery.

U.K & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 15-35 business days for delivery.

Others Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 30-60 business days for delivery.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in USA & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately.
